Honor Guard 2023

In May, The Honor Guard assisted the Military Honors Teams at 10 funerals and made appearances at 7 civic functions.  Civic functions included:  Memorial Day appearances at retirement facilities, Scheels Flag exchange, Color Guard at a Legion baseball game, and participating in Memorial Day programs at Wyuka and Lincoln Memorial Cemeteries.

In the Calendar year 2024, the Honor Guard assisted the Military Honors Teams at 35 funerals and made appearances at 19 civic functions.

The effort the Honor Guard makes to honor our deceased veterans and for appearances at local civic functions are greatly appreciated.  I want to thank everyone involved for their continued support.
